A new-build development of 8 detached houses in the leafy suburb of Aughton, West Lancashire, in what amounted to a highly successful departure from our normal product.
The development involved securing consent for the demolition of a redundant educational block and its replacement with our master-planned scheme – not a straightforward task in an area such as this, but with sensitive handling and appropriate consultation, consent was granted on first pass.
