As we head towards the end of 2017, and into the month of December we are heading onto the final stages for completion. Most apartments are complete and are ready for the snagging stage before being officially handed over to Caro Developments for Final inspection. You will see images of our two show flats to give you an idea of how the apartments look. The image selection is of a Studio flat (4:13) and One Bed Apartment (4:14).
With regards to completion, most of the work being done currently is the lift installation, the ground floor entrance and internal corridors and stairwells. Final fittings are being done on floors 5, 6 and 7 with final coat of paint. Floors 2-4 are going through snagging before being sealed, ready for handover.
With it being Christmas I have taken some images of Parker Street by night with the City’s Christmas Tree in the foreground. Images included are also of Liverpool One Shopping late at night.
