August has seen further progress with the 7th floor windows now fitted. Further to this the roof is now complete images below you will see, with only the “Man-Safe” system which is current being fitted.
In addition, the outer tiles are being fitted to the 6th and 7th Floors these are finished in white. I have again provided images below.
In this update, I have included images of a completed apartment, which is awaiting a sparkle clean and furniture. This will become one of the showroom apartments from Mid-October. You will see its looking great, as we are making progress.
Further to this I have focused on a change to the usual update showing you images of the logistics and stores. This is where we are keeping all the fixtures and fittings for the development. It shows images of all the hundreds of parts for the plumbing, which includes sanitary ware, boilers. Electrics, parts and appliances. Timber and carpentry, Aluminium works and windows… as you can imagine this is a busy area and gives you a different view of how the development is coming together.
