There has been significant progress to report with the additional 6th Floor and progress of the internal works on the lower levels. We are also nearing completion with our two show Apartments which are in the final weeks of preparation prior to sample furniture being added.
Also in this edition of the Parker Street update, I have focused more upon the additional floors currently being added, in this case the 6th Floor. From here you will see the stunning views that can be seen from the 6th Floor, with the 7th Floor to be added.

The below images show the raised floor frame with insulation laid. This is raised to allow for plumbing pipework’s and cabling.
